A new transfer student (from hell)

Ten was walking towards school, wondering about his new life on Earth

Tatsujin was franticly shuffling through her English notes, since she had a test today. She didn't realize where she was walking and bumped into someone, her notes flying everywhere. She looked at the person she had bumped into and blushed furiously.

"Sorry."

Ten picked up all of her notes and handed them to Tatsujin

"It's ok."

Tatsu took them and smiled.

"Are you new to the school?" she asked, pointing down the street.

"I am" Ten says with a polite face, not smiling

Tatsujin smiled and put her notes in her bag.

"I'm Tatsujin, but you can call me Tatsu," she said, extending her hand.

"My name's Tensenga Numai, but please, call me Ten." He said, shaking Tatsu's hand

Tatsu smiled and put her hands in her pockets.

"What class are you in? If you're in mine then I could show you around...and if not," she shrugged. "I could see if the office would still let me show you around."

Ten grabbed his schedule out of his pocket

"I have English..."

Tatsujin's eyes widened.

"Me too!"

She shook her head and laughed a bit.

"Hope you have something to do, 'cause we have a test today."

"I think I can handle the test"

Ten laughed as well

Tatsujin smiled and started to walk towards the school.

"Are you coming?" she asked.

Ten follows, noticing that they only have 5 minutes until first class

The bell rang just as they entered the school and Tatsu cringed. She led Ten to the office and talked to the secretary about who Ten was and why they were late. The secretary understood, wrote them both late slips, and shooed them out of the office. Tatsu handed Ten his slip.

"Do you know where your locker is?"

"I don't know, but I can help you if you need any help" Ten says truthfully

Tatsu shook her head and lead him to her locker.

"You can put your stuff in here for now, we can get you a locker later. Now let's get to class before we get a detention."

Ten grabs a sheet of paper and notices his locker is next to Tatsu's

"Mine is next to yours..."

Ten then opens his locker and puts his stuff in it and follows Tatsu to class

Tatsu smiles and walks to class, then goes up to the teacher and hands in her slip. She gets her desk and sits at her desk.

Ten does the same, and walks to his seat thats at the very back, receiving his test and finishes it in under a minute

Tatsu stares at the questions and sighs, her mind not on them. So she just quickly writes down the answers that comes to her head first and goes up and gives the test to the teacher. She sits back down and starts to tap her pencil against her desk.

Ten grabbed his notebook, and drew in it.

Tatsu looked up at the clock, seeing that they had half an hour left. She groaned and put her head on her desk. She had never wanted class to end before, but hey, there's a first for everything.

Tensenga passed a book for Tatsujin to read

Tatsu looked at it and shrugged, flipping to the first page. (wats it about?)

(... didn't think of that... I can't decide, I've read way too many good books, but I don't know what kind of books you like...)
